Spring Butter Leaf Salad
With cherry tomatoes, lemon cucumbers, chavree cheese and diced
California walnuts. Served with house made strawberry vinaigrette
dressing.
Santa Cruz Chicken Breast
Stuffed Chicken breast with ricotta cheese, sun dried tomatoes and
fresh spring herbs and spices. Topped with Beurre Blanc butter sauce
and thin sliced procuitto ham.
Served with angel hair pasta, wilted spinach, Parmesan cheese and
farm fresh vegetables Ratatouille.
Frangelica Berry Shortcake
House made biscuits, topped with fresh Pismo beach berries soaked
in frangelica liquor. Finished with Vanilla Cream and drizzled with
chocolate sauce.
