Prices include disposable plates, napkins, plastic ware, linen
tablecloth, table centerpiece, and complete delivery and setup.
Minimum 15 people and a 3-day notice please.
$10.50 per person - Lunch - Lunch menu is served until 3pm, Monday
through Friday.
$12.95 per person - Dinner - Served evenings and weekends.
Italian Buffet
Served with house salad, and two dressings of your choice, freshly
baked dinner rolls with butter, fresh baked cookie tray and an assortment
of soft drinks. Substitutions are available upon request. Please
make your choice of two entrée items below:
- Lasagna - Housemade available in "Classic",
"Chicken", or "Vegetarian"
- Fettuccini Primavera - Egg noodle fettuccini
with fresh garden vegetables and melted cheese
- Spaghetti and Meatballs - Made with a zesty marinara
sauce
- Cheese Ravioli Cacciatore - made fresh with our
own special sauce
Mexican Buffet
Served with refried beans, Spanish rice, tortilla chips and salsa.
Also includes fresh baked cookies and an assortment of soft drinks
and your choice of two entrée items below:
- Chicken or Beef Fajitas - accompanied by tortillas
and all condiments
- Nachos Grande - Corn tortilla chips, salsa, tomatoes,
refried beans, cheese sauce, sliced olives, sour cream, and guacamole
- Beef Chimichanga - With mole sauce, shredded
lettuce, tomatoes, and sliced olives
- Taco Bar - Seasoned ground sirloin and all the
fixings to make a great taco
American - Minimum 25 people
Served with house salad, fresh baked dinner rolls, and barbecue
baked beans. Also includes a fresh baked cookie tray and an assortment
of soft drinks. Your choice of two entrée items below:
- BBQ Beef - grilled with Cattleman's BBQ sauce
- Lemon Chicken Breast - Mesquite chicken breast
with lemon spices
- Chicken Fryers - Quartered chicken oven baked
with fresh herb seasonings
- BBQ Hamburgers and Hot Dogs - Classic American
fare served on fresh buns with all the condiments (seasonal with
one substitution)
